Why can't I connect to network with Fritzbox 7590 & Ritzbox 7590 routers?

 Hello, the 2.4G and 5G networks of the Fritzbox series routers cannot be shut down independently. It is not easy to add devices. We have been able to add devices after many tests. Please follow the steps below:

1,Please install the latest version of App from Google Play or App Store.

2,For the Fritzbox 7490 or 7590 router, you need to modify the settings as shown below:

3,Use your phone to connect to the Fritzbox access point and open the app to add device.

4. If the above settings do not work, please submit the router model, phone model and version information through the App feedback page so that we can fix it in time.
